PRINTING TO LETTER SIZE
PAPER
NOTICE: It has been brought to our attention that some
people using the new Firefox 4.0 browser have had problems with viewing PDF files on the Internet.
If you have the same results, we suggest you use a different browser for now.
The menus were originally created for Legal sized paper (8.5" x 14").
If Adobe Reader does not automatically resize the document to print on Letter sized paper (8.5" x 11"), you
must be sure to change the PAGE SCALING setting to "Reduce to Printer Margins" in the drop down
box.
Also, just below that, make sure the "Auto-Rotate and Center" and "Choose
Paper Source by PDF Page Size" check boxes are as indicated in the image below.
Notice in the preview box to the right of those settings, the page measurements should be 8.5" x
11". You should now be able to print the menus on letter sized paper.

These instructions were based on the
settings to print from Adobe Reader only. Different printer models may have their own
settings involved with your computer in addition to those sampled here, especially on network printers. These
instructions are only meant as a guideline and not a comprehensive sampling for all printing situations.
Please refer to your printer manual if the sample above does not represent your unique situation.
